4 stars b4 i0S 7, now a 1

I installed i0S 7 & the keyboard disappeared. Cant unlock. Now Ive the 5s & it does the same. I delete app on phone & reinstalled from computer. Keyboard still not there & my upgraded section of app disappeared. Now its trying to charge me for something I already own. Please fix soon.
